Senior Team Leaders
Born and raised in Tara Ontario, Scott has been part of our IT Team since 2012. A graduate from Fanshawe College's Computer Systems Technician program, with a background in Computer Systems, Networking, and Structured cabling, and a Journeymen Technology Network Technician with the Ontario College of Trades, Scott is continuing to evolve and learn new skills to better assist our customers. Currently enrolled in Microsoft Certification programs and a Red Seal Apprenticeship program for Network Cabling Specialist. When not on the job Scott enjoys playing and watching hockey, he can be usually be seen supporting our Owen Sound Attack.
Born and raised in Owen Sound Ontario, Garrett has been part of our service team since 2011. A graduate with a red seal Apprenticeship, he is certified as a Network Cabling Specialist and Electronic Service Technician. Garrett has a strong sense in the construction field and is very picky and organized when it comes to clean up and final completion of projects. Garrett is continuing to evolve and take new courses to further his skills to better assist customers.
When not on the job Garrett enjoys playing and watching hockey, he can be usually seen on the river or in the boat fishing or at the local Owen Sound rink supporting the Owen Sound Attack.
Bob Bryant is our sales representative. He focuses on developing and maintaining stable long-term relationships with our clients by linking our services to their needs and priorities. Bob brings to the team a technical background acquired during his years of employment at Bell and its
subsidiary Expertech, and while working on projects with Rogers and Amtelecom. He gained managerial and interpersonal skills as a District Manager covering southwestern Ontario for a national ISO certified company in the service industry. Just prior to coming to Freiburger Communications, Bob spent 3 years as a technical writer, meticulously producing flow sheet drawings and documentation now used in training Control Room Operators for certification at the CANDU Nuclear Power Station in Cernavoda, Romania. Bob was born and raised in Chesley and married a local farm girl. They have raised their family here and continue to enjoy the community and its environs. Bob spends considerable personal time in various volunteer activities. His appreciation for the outdoors is shared by his family, particularly when they assemble for
their annual family wilderness camping trips. Bob is a PADI certified advanced open water diver and loves his bottom time while vacationing where the water is still 80°F even at 100 feet deep.
Lisa has been a part of our team since 2002 as head of Customer Service and Warranty Services. Lisa has lived in the Tara area for most of her life enjoying the small town living with her family. When not at work Lisa enjoys participating in and watching many sports that her family has been involved in including hockey, fastball, and school teams. These have taken her on long distance travels from California to PEI, which has given her an privilege of seeing many great places.
Having lived in Tara most of her life, Becky’s responsibilities at FC are mainly in our Accounting and Human Resources Departments. Becky met Rod while attending Conestoga College where they both studied business.
In 1991 Becky married her College sweetheart and through the year’s became a proud mother of 3 kids; Carlie, Zach and Logan. Supporting her husband’s dream of founding his own business, Freiburger Communications was established July 1996 in the basement of their family home. When not at work Becky enjoys spending time with her family, summer days at the Lake and interior design.

Our members bring to the team diverse backgrounds and experience in the fields of telecommunications and broadband services, Information technology, technical writing and documentation, structured network solutions, and strategic planning and management.
Born and raised in Kitchener Ontario, but now a proud resident of Grey Bruce county since 1993. Rod graduated from St. Jeromes High School and continued his education of business with Conestoga College where he achieved tutor status for Accounting plus honours. He has also taken several management courses with independent business schools such as Acclivus. Rod met his wife Becky while attending Conestoga College and is a proud father of 3 children Carlie, Zach and Logan. With a passion for business and the telecom industry he started Freiburger Communications on the summer of 1996 along with his wife Becky Freiburger. Rod has over 28 years of experience from many different aspects of the telecom industry from wireless, wireline telcos, and cable television.
When not at work Rod enjoys being a volunteer fire fighter for
Tara-Arran Fire Department. His hobbies include hockey, soccer, fishing,
hunting and scouting. His love is his wife and kids.

Born and raised in Wiarton Ontario, Nick is a part of our IT Team. Graduated from Humber College North for Computer Programming, Nick has an understanding of several computer languages such as UNIX, JAVA, and SQL. Nick is also currently enrolled in the Microsoft Certification program.
During his last year of high school, Nick represented the Wiarton local youth in the Wiarton Willie Festivities. He also had acting roles in two school productions. Outside of work, Nick enjoys working on side projects and playing guitar.
