Problem: Callers are receiving the message "the caller you are trying to reach is not available," and you know that your cell phone is able to send and recieve calls.
Resolution: This is a network issue. Rogers is aware of the problem and a call to customer service will help to resolve this issue. Please call 1-877-764-3772.
Problem: Various Nokia issues
Resolution: Complete Master Re-sets on any Nokia wireless products.
Under phone settings, click on factory re-set. The code for Nokia is 1234 or 12345 (depending which model you have) you will have to try both.
After you enter the code, turn your wireless unit over and remove the back plate, battery and SIM card without powering off. Wait 1 minute, then replace the SIM card, battery and back plate and power your unit on. If this does not clear up your current problem please call Nokia's customer service for further assistance at 1-888-226-6542.
